Servicing and MOT


Regular servicing of your car will not only help to keep it running safely, reliably and efficiently, but also make it a more attractive proposition when you come to sell it. A full service history is kept on our computer data base and can be reproduced if required. We offer all types of servicing, everything from a pre-holiday check-up to a major cam belt service.

Although we specialise in Citroen and Peugeot vehicles, we are happy to service and repair all makes of cars. As with our main business, we will give you the choice of quality replacement parts or genuine parts and all work is guaranteed for 12 months.

No one looks forward to having their car go through an MOT. We can make the experience more bearable by making all the arrangements for you. Firstly, we can remind you by post, text or email (up to 30 days in advance) when your MOT is due so that you can book your car in with us in good time. Next, drop off your car with us and pick up a loan car until the job is complete. There is no need to be inconvenienced. If your car does fail, we can give you a detailed estimate of the cost of the repairs.

“The car industry’s response to the OFT’s recommendations to remove servicing restrictions is good news. Consumers should now benefit from increased choice and competition between franchised and independent garages.

Franchised dealers have been carrying out around 90 per cent of servicing of cars up to three years old. However, servicing at franchised dealers is typically more expensive than servicing at independent garages, averaging £199 and £116 respectively, without any apparent difference in the quality of the service offered.”
